What is the earliest i can check-in?
Standard check-in time is 2pm. We can usually arrange early check-in depending on room demand the day before. Please contact us with your requirements & we will try to help.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, but you must contact us if you're wanting to arrive after 9pm (or 7pm on Sundays).
Do you have WIFI in guest rooms?
Yes, we have strong and reliable Wi-Fi in the guest room, and it’s completely free.
Do you have Foxtel?
Yes, 12 Foxtel channels are available.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
Yes, we have a BBQ area under the gazebo with tables and chairs, located next to the pool area.
Do you have a laundry for guest use?
Yes, we do have a guest laundry. Please feel free to ask at the reception for assistance.
Are all rooms downstairs?
Yes, all 31 rooms are located downstairs for easy access.
Is room service available?
Yes, room service breakfast is available daily from 6:00 am on weekdays and from 7:00 am on weekends and public holidays.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
